These are the prices for our 2 bedroom townhouse located on phase II of Roda Golf & Beach Resort we also network with other owners so if we are booked I can find you alternative accommodation for 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments and villas, townhouses please call for availability and prices.

You will be met at Roda Golf Gate House by our English agent unless other arrangements made. You will then be taken to the property and given the key met before your departure at the property for an inspection and return of the key. An additional cost of 60 euros per week is charged for a pre clean, laundry and a small additional fee if you require greet & meet service after 10pm this is paid locally on arrival. Time's of booking in and out of the property will be agreed when booking. Taxi are available from the airport and cost around 12 euros to roda golf rentals. |

A £150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your departure. An additional £150-00 cautionary deposit is required payable with the balance. This will be kept as a security payment in case of breakages and fully refundable if everything is in order. On payment of your deposit you agree to our terms and conditions |

Roda Golf Rental Prices
All our prices are quoted per week for the property not per person. Please contact us for longer or shorter stays. Preferred change over day Saturday but other days may be offered please call Heather for latest details and Discounts
You will be given our English Agents Mobile Telephone contact for any emergencies with regard to the accommodation.
We can arrange a Basic or Luxury food packs for an additional cost paid locally. But we require at least 3 days notice for this
